Lecture Series Aimed at Enhancing Public Health

The Montreal Center for Anxiety and Depression will be offering a free lecture series covering a broad range of topics about enhancing public health.

All of the lectures in the series will take place at the Brunswick Medical Building where the clinic is housed. The address of the building is 955 St. Jean, Pointe Claire

The lecture topics are listed below:

February 5: Managing Stress and Anxiety. Tuesday 7:30 P.M. Presented by Georgia Dow MA

February 12: Increase Your Self Esteem. Tuesday 7:30 P.M. Presented by Lisa Modell MSW

February 19: How to Maintain a Healthy Mind. Tuesday 7:30 P.M. Presented by Anna Maria Tosco MA

The primary aim of the lecture series will be to share important information with the general public about the simple ways in which anyone can enhance his or her mental health on a daily basis.

The center specializes in individual therapy for adults, families, couples and children with offices conveniently located on the island of Montreal as well as the West Island.
