This district is known for its traffic problems and its economic life insecurity. The borough proposes to develop under-utilized land, creating an association of businessman and businesswoman and increase the amount of cultural activities. Housing diversification will be put in place to improve the quality of life in this district. « The district has always been interested by this pole.
