International Astronomy Day in Dorval

The Dorval Astronomy Club and its members invite the population to come celebrate International Astronomy Day at the Dorval Arena, 1450 Dawson Avenue, Saturday April 20.
There will be slide shows, videos (including playing of the film « Du Big Bang au Vivant »), informative posters as well as some stargazing in the evening if weather permits (we’ll be stargazing until 11 p.m. approximately if the sky is clear).
We will be able to see the Moon and the planet Saturn, Jupiter, comet Panstarrs as well as other celestial objects. You may even get the chance to take your own picture of the Moon or Saturn.
