Novartis Pharma Canada Inc. continues to sponsor the Monday evening concerts which run until August 20 starting at 19:30. A variety of musical styles is on the program:
August 6, The Cuban Martinez Show (Latin jazz and Cuban)
August 13, Misses Satchmo (Jazz)
August 20, Lakeshore Concert Band (Popular)
Spectators can bring their own chairs or rent one on location for $1.00. In case of inclement weather, shows will be held inside St. Andrew & Mark Church, 865 Lakeshore Drive. A notice will be posted at the park when concerts are relocated indoors.
All concerts are free. To find out more about the special events planned this summer, a Cultural
Summer Program can be picked up in all municipal buildings.
