The West Island Women’s Centre, an agency supported by Centraide, is offering an 8-week support group that will help women to reconnect with their true selves and build lives that truly reflect who they are.
Participants will be encouraged to find out what they really want out of life, take the steps to achieve these goals, and live in alignment with their core values. The group will be facilitated by Dale Choquette, an executive coach and leadership trainer.
The group will meet on Thursday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. beginning on January 31, 2013. Meetings will take place at the West Island Women’s Centre, located at St. Columba-by-the-Lake Church, 11 Rodney Avenue, Pointe-Claire. (Please use the Vincennes Avenue parking lot entrance.)
