Surpluses for a variety of uses

Elected officials from Ahuntsic-Cartierville took the opportunity at the March 5 council meeting to distribute $175,000 coming from the borough’s surpluses. Of this amount, $75,000 will be used for the creation of temporary administrative office jobs, following the creation of a new pay system. Then, $50,000 was allocated for minor repairs to park games for children under age 12, at 12 locations, including Louisbourg and Raimbault Parks. Finally, $33,000 was planned for the professional services of an ergonomist. An ergonomic analysis will have to be carried on various jobs.
